To ensure guaranteed service and capacity allocation, the project list for the upcoming month must be submitted via the client portal 5 calendar days before the end of the current month. Any request requiring a turnaround of 14 calendar days or less will be designated as Priority Service, charged at $80 per hour, and is subject to our approval based on current capacity. Unused retainer hours do not roll over to the next billing cycle. Projects exceeding your monthly allocation will continue at our Seed Packet rate of $65 per hour upon prior client approval.
